It may be that we shipped some items in separate packages, or that we already informed you about unavailable items that could not be shipped. These items will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If this is not the case, please contact us within 72 hours. Include your order number and send us photos of the shipping package. Please keep the packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
