If your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse, we can change the delivery address for you. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@pegador.com and provide your correct delivery address.
However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we can no longer change the address. You can refuse acceptance of the package with the carrier or attempt to change the address directly with them. Unfortunately, we have no control over the delivery in this case.
You can email us to let us know if you would like the package resent to the corrected address. Once the package is returned to us, we will resend it to the correct address. Please note that we can only reship the package once it has been returned to us, and the processing time may take up to 10 business days.
